For the processing, the master model was disassembled into 16 individual parts which were then artfully assembled again, burned several times and painted rich in detail. The employees of the Hummel Manufaktur handle any figurine about 1,200 times before it is considered to be a perfect "Hummel" that is allowed to leave the factory.
